3/4 Day Charter
On 9/20/2009 Tim Wulf, Jim Thomas, and Norb Wulf of Washington, Ky fished with Captain Keith Logan of Standing Down Charters out of Holden Beach, NC. Captain Logan found the bite to be hot just east of Yaupon Reef. The crew boated six King Mackerel, three of the six weighing 28, 25, and 22 pounds. The other fish were in the mid-teens. These fish were caught during the morning bite between 8-10 a.m. on live pogies. The ocean was calm and a great day was had by the entire crew aboard the Stand ‘N Down II.

The crew fished with Captain Keith Logan of Standing Down Charters in Holden Beach, NC on Saturday September 12th, 2009. Captain Keith found King Mackerel in approximately 45 feet of water near the Cape Fear River. Using live bait, the first line out got hit and the fight was on. A 28 pound King Mackerel was boated followed by numerous other hook ups. A total of 6 King were caught and two, near citation size, Spanish Mackerel were landed as well. The party would not have been complete without the arrival of a couple Barracudas. Clear water and calm seas made way for a great time for the entire crew aboard the Stand ‘N Down II.
